Rules for exchanging Paypal...
1. Money is accepted only from the VERIFIED accounts.
2. The transfers are accepted from YOUR PERSONAL account only. We do not accept funds from the accounts of the third parties, not involved in the exchange. The exceptions are made only for the recipients who live in the countries the citizens of which are not allowed to register a full-fledged account (Russia, the Ukraine and etc.). In such a situation we recommend you to contact our Support to discuss this issue. We will do our best to find the most convenient way to help you.
3. We require verification of your personality. For this purposes, before the exchange you need to send us any of your ID documents: National passport, international passport, driver's license, ID card and etc. The information in ID documents must match the one in your PayPal account. VERIFICATION DOCUMENTS MUST BE SENT FROM YOUR PAYPAL EMAIL THAT YOU WILL USE FOR TRANSFER FUNDS.
4. Exchange operations can be completed with a 1-3 business days delay.
5. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange even after a delay. In this case all the funds will be returned to the account of the ordering client in a full scope.
6. The transfers of the amounts exceeding $300 are accepted as MASSPAY or personal transfer only (please find instructions below).
7. We charge commissions from the amount credited to your account, i.e. from NET
Amount. PayPal fees are paid by the client.
8. In case, if you would like to pay via Credit Card using Paypal, we also need scan of card (front and back side), you may remove CVV number from scan and first 4 difits of cards number. But name on card should exactly match name in your ID.
